We design and oversee the refurbishment of derelict or run-down properties, whether it is to return a dwelling to its former glory or to convert a disused structure into something completely different. Our aim is to provide as many of the advantages of a new-build as possible within the spatial and structural constraints that may exist, whilst retaining the essential character and integrity of the original building.
