Corey Stevens & Associates can deal with all aspects of the design of any type of development within the built environment. We will engage in a process of consultation to ensure that the client's needs are met as far as possible within the applicable constraints. Our services include, but are not limited to: inception of a brief; site investigations; feasibility study; design; planning permission; fire safety certification; licensing (where applicable); environmental assessments; tender; contract management; construction inspections and sign-off.
